DIRECTIONS FROM THE MODESTO AREA:
(1 hour from central Modesto)
Follow 120/108 past Jamestown and to Sonora (don't exit into downtown Sonora).
Take the Mono Way exit and stay in the right hand lane. At the bottom of the
ramp, turn right at the stoplight onto Mono Way. Continue 1 mile (you will go
through two more stoplights.) About 300 yards past the second stoplight (and the
Valero gas station), is Sierra Rep's driveway. SRT's sign is at the top of the
post along with signs for a dentist, printer, thrift store, etc. (If you get to
the Mexican restaurant, you've gone one driveway too far.) You'll be turning
right, in to a small parking lot. Sierra Rep is the grey building at the back of
the center. Enter through the gazebo at the far end of the building.
FROM SACRAMENTO:
(2 hrs. from Sacramento)
Take 99 South to Highway 4 East. Stay on Highway 4 to Copperopolis and turn
right on O’Byrne’s Ferry Road. Continue across the dam and make a left onto
Highway 108 at the traffic light. Continue to the next stoplight. There will be
a highway overpass on the right -- TURN LEFT. Follow 120/108 past Jamestown and
to Sonora (don't exit into downtown Sonora). Take the Mono Way exit and stay in
the right hand lane. At the bottom of the ramp, turn right at the stoplight onto
Mono Way. Continue 1 mile (you will go through two more stoplights.) About 300

FROM SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA:
(2-1/2-3 hrs from SF)
Take I-580 East toward Stockton.
Take I-205 through Tracy toward Stockton.
When 205 merges with I-5, stay in the right lane and take Manteca exit to
Highway 99 North.
Exit onto 99 North. Stay in the right lane and exit at Manteca/Yosemite
off-ramp. Turn right and you will be on Highway 120.
Stay on 120 through Escalon to Oakdale. At Oakdale you will come to a stoplight
and turn left (120/108). Follow 120/108 past Jamestown and to Sonora (don't exit

FROM SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA:
(5-1/2 to 6 hrs from LA)
Take I-5 North.
Just out of the Tehachapi Mtns. (the Grapevine) take the split to Hwy 99 North.
(Don't take Interstate 5.)
Follow 99 North to Merced.
In Merced, take G Street Exit. Exit to the right at the bottom of the ramp. G
Street will become Snelling Road. Continue for about 40 minutes on Snelling Road
until arriving at a "T" before Snelling. Turn right. (Warning: J59 turns left at
small mileage sign just outside the tiny town of Snelling.)
J59 will dead-end at Highway 120/108. Turn right (east).

From Columbia Airport:
PRIVATE PILOTS – FLY TO THE COLUMBIA AIRPORT:
The Columbia Airport is located one mile SW of the Columbia Historic State Park
at an elevation on 2118 ft. Information about the airport and services are

There is cab service available to take you to the East Sonora Theatre, please
call ahead to make the arrangements with the taxi company.
