​Refund & Exchange Policy: All sales are final. Sierra Rep does not issue refunds. However, performance dates may be changed for the same show via the Box Office (209-532-3120) with 24 hour notice and a $10 per ticket exchange charge.
Picking Up Tickets: The option to print tickets at home is included with online sales, but tickets are also always held under your last name at will call before your chosen performance.
Age Limit: Children under the age of four are not allowed at the East Sonora Theatre and are discouraged at the Fallon House Theater.  All children need a ticket.  If a parent comes with a baby, he or she will be turned away and given a voucher to return for another performance.
Late Seating: Shows start promptly at 2 PM and 7 PM. Latecomers will be seated in available seats at the House Manager’s convenience. At sold out East Sonora shows, latecomers may have to stand in the back until intermission.
Accessible Seating: Seats A19-21 at East Sonora and B 1/2 and 14/15 are reserved for patrons who require accessible seating and their companions. Seats A20-21 at East Sonora may be removed to make room for a wheelchair. B1/2 and 14/15 at Fallon are each one empty space for a wheelchair. To purchase these seats, please call 209-532-3120.
​Gift Certificates & Season Tickets: Gift Certificate and Season Ticket reservations must be made via tickets@sierrarep.org, in person, or by phone at 209-532-3120 Option 5. If Gift Certificates are redeemed after the specified dates, an inactivity fee will be charged.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR CHILDREN? IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
Children under the age of six are not allowed at the East Sonora Theatre and are discouraged at the Fallon House Theatre. At the Fallon House Theatre, children two or older and children who need a seat are required to have a paid ticket. Children under age two who do not require a seat and who will sit on a parent’s lap for the duration of the show do not require a paid ticket.  We do not allow babies in laps.

I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND MY CHOSEN PERFORMANCE. DO YOU ISSUE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?
SRT does not issue refunds. However, with at least 48 hour advance notice and a $5 per ticket exchange charge, We are happy to exchange your tickets to another performance of the same show. In case of medical emergency, contact the Box Office at 209-532-3120 for options.

CAN I PRINT OUT MY TICKETS AT HOME IF I BUY THEM ONLINE?
Print-at-home PDF tickets are included with your email receipt. Purchase receipt by itself will not be accepted for admission. However, all tickets purchased online will be available for box office pickup at will call.

I HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS. CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE ME?
Each theatre has limited wheelchair seating. Please call well in advance of when you want to see the show to make sure that we can accommodate you. The theatres have ramps and are easily accessible for people who require assistance. If you are able to transfer out of your wheelchair, we will have many more seating options available.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE’RE LATE?
The house manager will seat you at the appropriate time during the show. If taking your assigned seats cause a disruption to the show, the actors or the audience, you will be seated in available open seats. You will be able to take your assigned seats after intermission.

CAN WE EAT OR DRINK INSIDE THE THEATRE?
Only bottled water is allowed in the theatre. No other food or drinks are permitted.

ARE THERE ANY PERFORMANCES WHERE YOU OFFER SPECIAL DISCOUNTS?
Yes. Any performance beginning 30 minutes prior to curtain time, unsold seats may be purchased at $30 per person, cash. Please keep in mind that seating may be limited and tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis. Patrons find it helpful to call ahead to confirm. We also offer occasional discounts via our text messaging service and email newsletter.

DO YOU GIVE DISCOUNTS TO GROUPS?

HOW LONG DO THE SHOWS LAST?
Performance times vary; shows can run between one and three hours. Most shows have one 15-minute intermission. Please call the box office at (209) 532-3120 for the performance time.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE SHOW?
There is no dress code. Please wear comfortable clothing. It is suggested that patrons who are sensitive to temperature changes bring a sweater, coat or jacket. Due to fluctuating house sizes and extreme weather conditions, we will do our best to monitor the theatre’s temperature to satisfy our audience.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
The East Sonora Theatre complex has a lot of parking around it. During weekday matinees, we suggest patrons come early to ensure a good parking space. The Fallon Theatre has a large State Park parking lot near the back of the theatre. Parking is free.

WHAT ARE THE BOX OFFICE HOURS?
The East Sonora Theatre is open Tuesday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fallon House opens two hours prior to performance times and remains open through intermission.

ARE THERE BATHROOMS AT THE THEATRE?
Bathrooms usually open one hour prior to performance time. Stalls are few, but do include handicapped accessible restrooms. Lines do tend to become long right before shows start and during intermission. We recommend you arrive early to use the restroom before the show. In Columbia, there are additional restrooms available in the parking lot during matinee shows.

CAN YOU RECOMMEND A PLACE TO SPEND THE NIGHT?

ARE THERE PLACES NEAR THE THEATRES TO EAT?
In Columbia, restaurants are located within walking distance to the theatre and the East Sonora Theatre is near a large shopping center with many dining options. Photographs, video or audio recording is not permitted inside the theatre due to copyright restrictions and actor/director/choreographer labor union rules. You can take pictures outside the theatre, in our lobby or at the stage door after the performance.
