Great Balls of Fire

Jason is an actor, writer, director, musical director, and multi-instrumentalist, frequently working in more than one capacity on any given project. This production marks his 16th production in the Million Dollar Quartet world, having started by playing Jerry Lee Lewis on the national tour for a year. In 2022, his theatrical concert Great Balls of Fire played at SRT, and will be back for a two week run in July 2026. Other theatre: some three dozen productions. BFA: NYU Tisch, also trained extensively with Fiasco Theater and Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. A proud union laborer, he is a member of Actors Equity Association and an associate member of Stage Directors and Choreographers Society. Jason lives in Manhattan and hotel rooms across the country. 

Gabe Bertolini is a New York City-based freelance saxophonist and educator. He has performed professionally across a wide range of settings, including jazz ensembles, pop productions, musical theater, cruise ship showbands, and off-Broadway touring productions. Gabe holds a B.M. in Jazz Studies from the University of South Carolina, and a M.M. in Performance from Western Michigan University. His musicianship has been recognized by Downbeat Magazine and at numerous jazz festivals nationwide.

This fourth-generation performer has appeared on four continents in arenas, theaters, dive bars, and on camera as an actor, musician, and stuntman.
