Charlie Munday is an Australian-born, New York City–based director, choreographer, and theatre artist. He currently serves as Assistant Director on the First National Tour of The Who’s Tommy, working alongside Tony Award-winning director Des McAnuff. Charlie is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York and has received BroadwayWorld nominations for his choreography on Mamma Mia!, Elf: The Musical, The Littler Mermaid, Young Frankenstein, and more. His directing and choreography credits include Frozen, Water for Elephants, Fiddler on the Roof, Dogfight, Disney’s The Little Mermaid, [title of show], and Nunsense. Charlie is grateful for every opportunity to collaborate with passionate artists and sends love to his parents, family, friends, and his husband, Justin.
