Katie Duquette

Katie Duquette is overjoyed to be making her SRT debut! Theatre has been a part of her life for as long as she can remember, beginning onstage at just four years old. She grew up performing in children’s community theatre, with favorite credits including The Wizard of Oz (Cowardly Lion), Beauty and the Beast (Belle), and Seussical (Gertrude McFuzz). Over the years, Katie has been fortunate to explore many sides of the art form as a performer, director, and theatre technician. She currently works professionally in technical theatre at Bret Harte Theater and has directed eight productions with CSTARS Kids. While her work in recent years has taken her behind the scenes, performing was her first love, and she has always felt the pull to return to the stage. She couldn’t be happier to do so with Sierra Rep, appearing as an actress for the first time since 2019. Katie is incredibly grateful for this opportunity and would like to thank her family, friends, and mentors who have supported and encouraged her along the way.
